How do we control quality

Incoming Material Inspection

Raw materials like cyanoacrylate (the main adhesive component), thickeners, stabilizers, and solvents are checked for quality and consistency to ensure they meet specifications. This involve testing for viscosity, purity, and compatibility with other ingredients.

Mixing and Formulation

During mixing, quality control ensures accurate proportions of each ingredient according to the specific nail glue formula. This can involve automated measurements and monitoring systems to guarantee consistency between batches.

Filling and Packaging

Machines filling the glue containers are inspected and calibrated regularly to ensure they dispense the correct amount of glue. Leakage testing is also crucial at this stage to identify any faulty containers.

Curing and Bonding Strength

Samples from each batch are cured under controlled conditions to test their bonding strength. This ensures the nail glue adheres sufficiently and achieves the desired holding power

Drying Time and Appearance

Curing time and the final appearance of the glue (e.g., clarity, absence of bubbles) are checked to meet quality standards.

Labeling and Shelf Life

Labels are inspected for accuracy and completeness, including ingredients, usage instructions, and expiration dates. Samples are also tested to determine shelf life and ensure the glue maintains its quality over time.
